Golden Knights Foundation receives first Donation for youth sports!

While having lunch at Trattoria Reggiano, IAAC member (and president of the Golden Knights Foundation), John Coogan (50% Italian; 50% Irish) and newest foundation team member, Tim Mullin, accept the first donation from the IAAC (Brenden Scherr’s check featured Monday) for Street Hockey and Drone Racing leagues.

What is a great day?  four Italian Americans representing two important organizations, at one great Italian restaurant, focused on making the world a better place!

All members are encouraged to make a tax deductible donation to the Golden Knights Foundation to help local youth play competitive sports in our new Drone Racing League and Street Hockey League.  Our goal is to help 2,000 youth participate in competitive drone racing and street hockey.  With your help we can do this.  No donation is too small.  Reference the IAAC on your check.  If paying by check, make it payable to the Golden Knights Foundation and mail it to the IAAC at 2920 N Green Valley Parkway, Bldg 7, Suite 712, Henderson NV 89014.  Soon they will have a PayPal account.

The Italian American Athletic Club provides our youth the opportunity to participate in activities that will unleash their talents and better yet, they just get to play and enjoy their childhood. Participating in sporting activities brings out creativity, builds self confidence, teaches teamwork and keeps our youth out of trouble. Children learn the skills it takes to become productive members of society.
